Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Add Charge Tree Subtask

Use the Add Charge Tree Subtask to add charge trees.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

  1. Click Time & Expense > Configuration > Master Data > Maintain Charge Tree > Add Charge Tree.

Subtask Fields

Field Description
Charge Tree Code

Enter up to a 50-character, uppercase alphanumeric charge tree code. Each code must be unique.  

Charge Tree Description

Enter up to 30 characters for a charge tree description.

Restrict Access

Select this check box to restrict access to the charge tree. In the Branch Restrictions subtask, you specify which employee groups can have access to this charge tree.

Note: If you do not select this check box, the charge tree is not available.
